Refund Policy
At Programon, we are committed to delivering exceptional results on every project. Due to the personalized nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if you believe the delivered results do not match what was agreed upon in the initial proposal or contract, please contact us within the first 7 days after delivery to evaluate your case individually.

Delivery Policy
Our digital services (web development, digital marketing, conversion optimization, among others) are delivered digitally according to the timelines agreed upon in each specific project proposal. No physical shipping costs apply. Clients will receive access to all deliverables via secure digital platforms, email, or agreed-upon collaborative tools.

Return Policy
Since Programon exclusively offers personalized digital services, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns about the provided deliverables, please contact us immediately to offer you appropriate assistance and solutions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. To cancel a project or monthly subscription with Programon, you must notify us in writing (email) at least 15 days in advance. Cancellation requests received after this period may incur proportional charges based on the project's progress up to that point.
